Appalachian After Care | Trauma-Informed Life Coaching

A different kind of support

Sometimes you don’t need someone to tell you what’s wrong with you. You need a place to sort through what has happened, understand how it still shows up in your life, and figure out what comes next.

Appalachian After Care offers accredited, trauma-informed life coaching grounded in compassion, practical tools, and respect for your lived experience. We can work together on things like boundaries, major life changes, rebuilding confidence, recognizing old patterns, finding your footing after difficult experiences, and creating a life that feels more manageable and more like your own.

This is coaching, not therapy or mental health treatment. I won’t diagnose you or ask you to relive your trauma.

The focus is on where you are now, what you need, and what might help you move forward.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you reach out.

Accredited, Trauma-Informed Support

My coaching approach is informed by accredited training in trauma-informed practice and shaped around safety, choice, collaboration, and respect for the individual.

The goal isn’t to define you by what happened to you. It’s to help you understand what you’re carrying now, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and build practical ways forward.
